Overall, the Liberation is an effective beatstick that can comfortably sit in the backlines pummeling any capital that dares show its face within shooting range, occasionally closing in to blast damaged units with her SPHAT. Overall, not great, 4/10, would not recommend to another blind Jedi knight.

She turns and accelerates poorly, and her only really 'pro' is that she can keep a somewhat decent straight line speed. Actually it's less of a cloth and more a.misshapen lump of concrete that got ripped out of the pavement. just don't.ДЄgility wise, she's cut from the same cloth as all the other KDY products. Don't take her into a brawl or fist fight. Her shields are relatively poor, and her hull has both a low hitpoint pool and poor armour. In case you have no imagination, it's bad.

about expected for a 30 year old battleship that's spent its time scrounging around for spare parts, then had it's reactor overloaded to power far more guns than it ever should have. She also has access to a powerful damage amp in 'Power to Weapons,' which increases her DPS considerably at the cost of defense while active.Дefense wise it's. She likes staying back and pummeling large targets with Turbolaser barrages and tossing SPHAT beams at anything that gets too close, without getting too exposed to bombers of large turbolaser barrages. In practice, it means she plays more like a monitor/battleship hybrid than a true Ship-of-the-Line. This gives an image of a fairly specialised kit (by non-battleship or destroyer standards) geared towards punishing pushes by large units.

Her native fighter complement helps a bit, but ideally you want her escorted by dedicated screeners. The Liberation does have a couple of AA guns, but they're nowhere near sufficient to give her proper AA coverage. However, note what's not mentioned in that armament list: AA. Combined together, it gives her an overall DPS far in excess of what you'd expect from a Venator, and more akin to a Tector. This is backed up by a secondary battery of Long range Turbolasers and a Composite beam, the former of which gives her excellent coverage even at extended ranges, and the latter of which allows the Liberation to deliver enormous burst damage against armoured targets. She primarily sports a fearsome main battery of Heavy Turbolasers and Heavy TurboIons that have excellent firing arcs and reload time, as well as doing meaty damage per hit. Giving off serious 'Refitted USS Missouri' vibes, the Liberation is an outdated yet scarily dangerous capital ship whose weapon refits have carried her well beyond her obsolescence point, though her durability is no longer up to par. Whilst she doesn't have the durability to be a proper frontline unit, her sheer firepower means she's a viable pick even in the late-game meta.

Summary: An old Venator-class Star Destroyer that was given a significantly enhanced armament suite at the cost of durability and speed, the Liberation excels at melting things that stray within it's line of fire.
